WHITE DOVE - A POEM BY A.H. SCOTT

Image result for couple kissing black and white

White Dove
The lightest kiss is the one we remember
Almost like feathers of the dove
Didn't need a molten mouth-lock to take me across the galaxy
All I needed was that tickle of your mustache brushing against my lips
Dove's delight has taken flight
Soaring hearts have twisted together in an embrace
You are the man I can never replace
And, I am the woman that is not in competition or in a race
Whatever crumb we have at this moment in time is pure heaven...
